Today, education is evolving beyond its conventional stereotypes, aligning closely with the concept of ‘personalization’ that nurtures individual skills and interests. The NEP 2020 clearly outlines the nation’s vision to guide students toward the right career trajectory by identifying and fostering their talents from the foundational level of schooling. Career guidance and skill-enhancement programs form the core pillars of a nation’s human resource development.

In this context, two women entrepreneurs from Kochi, Mrs. Indu Jayaram, and Mrs. Anuradha, proudly lead their venture, CareerFit360, with its dual focus on career counseling and corporate training, contributing to nation-building. Twelve years ago, in August 2012, CareerFit360’s journey began with a training program conducted for the students of the University College of Engineering, Thodupuzha. Today, it stands as a trusted mentor in career guidance for thousands of students.

CareerFit360 conducts various training workshops tailored for both school and college students. Over the past two years, CareerFit360’s team has been visiting schools with their flagship project, ‘CounselFit360,’ aimed at assisting students from Grade 6 and above in identifying and nurturing their inherent talents. In ‘CounselFit,’ students undergo a thorough career assessment along with multiple intelligence tests.

As mentioned earlier, these initiatives by Indu Jayaram and Anuradha align closely with the national vision of education, guiding students towards the right career trajectory. Currently, CareerFit360 is partnering with prominent schools in Kochi City to conduct career awareness workshops, focusing primarily on students in Grades 9 to 12. The institution also provides exam-handling services to support students during crucial academic stages.

Students at the crossroads of their education often face uncertainty about their future career plans. To address this, Career Fit 360 provides a well-structured training program, especially for those completing their college education. These programs include orientation classes, employability training, group discussion sessions, interview skills development, aptitude training, and more, effectively supporting students as they take their first steps towards a career path.

In the field of corporate training, CareerFit360 stands out as indispensable with its customized training programs and as a key stakeholder in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. To foster a better corporate environment, CareerFit360 introduces various workshops, such as Cultural Sensitivity, Conflict Management, Goal Setting, Campus-to-corporate programs, and other soft skill training for employees. All of these programs are fully customized to align with the goals and unique needs of each corporate institution.

The corporate training initiatives of CareerFit360 focus on harnessing employees’ human resource skills, elevating them to the level of ‘high performance.’ Currently, CareerFit360 serves as a CSR partner for a software company in Info Park.

The founders of CareerFit360, Indu Jayaram and Anuradha, are committed to embracing change and continually updating their venture. They are now planning to associate with more educational institutions this year for Career Counselling and Training for students.
